COVID 19 Operations Updates and Announcements

Safer Shopping by Design
Healthy Done Better since before the Covid 19 crisis had planned to create a safer shopping space for customers. Planned into our design was environmental monitoring going beyond temperature monitoring, to include other monitoring of things, like humidity, particulates, and other air quality factors. Next we included air filtering capabilities, including UV-C sanitization capable of killing viruses.
Helping Prevent The Spread
Our staff will employ face masks and other procedures in accordance with not just Executive Order 2020-147 to help keep you safe. We ask customers use masks where required by state or federal law and ask that customers follow recommended safety practices for the consideration of each other and our staff.
We are providing enhanced cleaning of the market, to allow customers to shop safely. Our staff has hand sanitizer available to them at all times and is using it regularly.
We are supplying hand sanitizer for our customers and are taking extra steps to sanitize shopping baskets. We ask that you disinfect your hands before shopping.
While we will accept cash forms of payment, credit cards and debit cards are preferred and we will not handle your card unless absolutely necessary and if so will sanitize our hands after and recommend you do so as well.
We are not opposed to you using reusable shopping bags but would ask that you place them on the floor and no on our counter. Our goal being to keep the counter a more sanitized space for you to exchange goods with us. We will pass you the goods if you wish to put them in your own bag. Otherwise as always we will place things in our biodegradable bags for you.
We are now able to accept bottle returns for the products we sell but can only accept modest quantities at any point in time given our store size so we ask your consideration and patience.
The first hour of every day we will give preference to seniors to do their shopping. We ask you to help us keep them safe by giving deference to them if present. Seniors if they feel uncomfortable can arrange by appointment for shopping pre-open or post-close. Similarly we can prepackage goods for pickup and our staff can deliver to cars without the need to come into the market itself.
COVID 19 has created significant challenges with suppliers. Whether in terms of direct orders to companies or orders from distributors we have seen many outages and lack of availability on many products. We have worked hard to identify new alternatives while still maintaining our standards to bring our customers the options and quality we have intended.
Online Ordering Option
We offer multiple options ranging from mailing your shopping list to us to placing an order in our online store. If you email us your shopping list please include your name, phone number, and when you would like to pick-up. We will gather your desired items, then coordinate with you for curbside pickup.

If you are unable to visit us during these hours, please feel free to contact us for special arrangements, we are all about trying to be available to our customers.
We reserve the right to limit the number of customers in the store at a time if we feel we may be reaching a level where over concentration of individuals may present a hazard to other customers or our staff.
Note: Utilizing a mask and reasonable social distancing as well as adherence to legal requirements should avoid the need to limit access.
