Tangy Detox Salad
- Barbados Meatless Meatballs
- Mixed greens
- Handful of pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sprouts
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp of sugar or agave syrup
- Prepare Barbados Meatless Meatballs as directed.
- Place on top of greens, feel free to add some avocado, nuts & sprouts.
- Blend the juice from one lime, 1⁄4 avocado, 1 Tbsp sugar or agave and 1⁄2 cup olive oil for a tangy, thick dressing.
