Tangy Detox Salad


  • Barbados Meatless Meatballs
  • Mixed greens
  • Handful of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sprouts


  • 1/4  avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp of sugar or agave syrup


  1. Prepare Barbados Meatless Meatballs as directed.
  2. Place on top of greens, feel free to add some avocado, nuts & sprouts.
  3. Blend the juice from one lime, 1⁄4 avocado, 1 Tbsp sugar or agave and 1⁄2 cup olive oil for a tangy, thick dressing.
  4. Feel refreshed & energized for the day!
